Hi! I am a trained General Virtual Assistant. Freelancing is new to me. Though I am new in this field I have certain skills that I could utilize to assist you with your day-to-day task and administrative work. To enhance my knowledge and skills I took the liberty of training and be able to do and manage data entry, transcription, appointment setting, and calendar management, email and project management forms and file management, Microsoft Office, and more.

 

I used to work on the Yacht as an assistant concierge and stateroom stewardess. Working as an assistant concierge taught me knowledge in providing various services to the guests, giving the right information, handling guest's queries, and coordinates guest's requests. I also obtain skills in email and phone communication, file maintenance, office organization, Microsoft Office and Excell, editing daily programs, and has a background in Fidelio software.

 

Also, I was trained and worked in the retail business as the Boutique Manager for 2 months on the same Yacht. I learned how to handle delivery, inventory, filing, labeling, promotions, and sales and marketing.

I am a graduate of Business Administration major in Banking and Finance. I had an understanding of investments, financial management, and the capital market. I finished my On the Job Training (OJT) in the Bureau of Treasury Regional Office in Albay.

 

My experience, background, and education will help me to perform the job efficiently and effectively. I am very much confident in our succession together as I am a dedicated, diligent, and persistent person who believes in honesty and good working relations.
